Assertiveness Rights

You have the right to ask for what you want, realising that the other person has the right to say no). You have the right to your own opinions, feelings and emotions and to express them appropriately. You have the right  to make statements that have no logical basis, and which you do not have to justify to anyone. (i.e. Intuitive ideas and comments). You have the right to make you own decisions and to deal with the consequences. You have the right to privacy. You have the right to choose whether or not to get involved with other people's problems. You have the right to not know something and not to understand. You have the right to choose to change , grow and evolve through personal development.  You have the right to make mistakes without others making you feel guilty. You have the right to express yourself without fear of retribution. You have the right to change your mind. You have the right to be alone and independent.

You have the right to be a human being, just being!
