To Experience The Best With Self Hypnois

Always listen at a time and in a place where you will not be disturbed. Make your self very comfortable, you can lie down or sit comfortably making sure your back is well supported and both your feet are place on the floor with your hands in your lap. For the very best experience listen through good quality headphones.

No need to listen to every word that is spoken, if you nod off it's okay.

Your unconscious mind never sleeps even when you do! It may be that at first your thoughts will wander, that is perfectly normal. For the best results I suggest that you listen once or twice everyday for 30 days, after that whenever you feel like a top up.

You can listen to any of the recordings at night while you sleep.

It is also important you listen at a time when you are not tired so that your conscious mind can hear and understand the therapeutic suggestions.  If you have purchased several recordings choose which one you would like to start with and listen to it for at least 30 days, then go onto the next one.

If you need to deal with something whilst listening to self hypnosis. 

You will immediately become fully conscious and able to handle whatever is needed in a calm manner. You can then return to listening to the recording.
