'Our online counselling and therapy is a new way to 'see' us without leaving your home.'

How it works - You speak to us via the internet. You see and hear us, and we see and hear you. It is free to use, and allows us to work with a person located anywhere in the world.

You will need

•  A computer with a broadband Internet connection.
•   A microphone and speakers or a headset.
•   A web cam (optional)
•   Internet messenger. ichat, Skype, or any conferencing software loaded on your computer.

What next?

• We arrange a mutually convenient time. 
•  Please arrange your chair so that you are physically comfortable.
•  Please have good lighting, a light background helps us see you clearly.
• You will need to be undisturbed, so make arrangements for children, pets and other predictable distractions.

You will receive a form to fill in before your session. Take your time when completing your details. By filling in this form it helps you and us to understand your problem and advise you how best to go forward with therapy.

Cancelling 

When you make an appointment I am booking out that time for you. If you are late it may not be possible to extend your session time. Should you miss a pre-booked appointment you will be charged for this. I am sure you will understand that this would have been time we could have spent with another person. If you give me 24 hours notice of cancellation there is no charge, or if you have an emergency or illness, you will get a full refund via PayPal, less their fees.

Payment is expected prior to a session. You can purchase multiple sessions for a discounted rate. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. There is no need to have an account to pay with PayPal.

Fees and payment

Our fee is $150.00 for a consultation, which is no less than 90-minutes.

Therapy sessions  $78.00 an hour

The bank secures your payment and your credit card information is not stored.
