We have all been conditioned from birth, we all developed unhealthy ways of sabotaging ourselves with dysfunctional behavioral patterns. We then unwittingly use these patterns against ourselves and others as a way of handling difficult, disagreeable and stressful situations we experience.

The time comes in life when the consequences of our reactions become the evidence that our life is not working, we ask ourselves questions like "what's it all about" or "what's wrong with me", or "what is love"? If you have experienced negative emotions in the past, whether conscious or unconscious you hold the memory of the event in your biology, within every cell of your body mind system.

Your history has a major part in your mental, emotional and physical well-being. There are 5 negative emotions: Anger - Hurt - Sadness - Fear - Guilt. If you have experienced these emotions, not only do you remember them, but every cell in your body stores them.

It is very common for hypnotherapists to simply uncover past events by bringing them into the conscious awareness and then provide the ego with suggestions for change. This is as effective as cutting off the weeds and leaving the roots, for they will undoubtedly grow again. Our ego is part of the problem, not part of our healing. Stored emotions such as guilt, for example, are shallow minded, conditioned concepts, or ideas that get installed at an early age.

My Precision Therapy self hypnosis audios are designed to throw light and understanding into what may be a confused, unhappy state of mind and create the climate for spontaneous change. From years of experience working with many different people I have discovered that we all have the potential to be far more than our thinking, feelings and behaviours. I have also discovered that people have to choose to change. The first step is 'waking up' from the social hypnosis and into the knowledge that something is wrong!

How do your audios help me to change?

If you have read this far then you probably realize that you have a problem, or know someone who has. Becoming aware that something is wrong is always the beginning of waking up. You may well, in the past, have experienced one or more of the emotions above and would like to stop creating the things in your life that you don't want and to start creating what you do want?

You know what you don't want because you are probably living it. When you start to listen to my recordings, the part of you that has been unconscious (or asleep) begins to stir. From the very first time that you listen you will feel different. As you listen to the audio regularly you may experience flashes of clarity, your new-found awareness is just the beginning of your unconscious mind deleting the programs of negative thought patterns that no longer serve you. You start to feel and think differently.

Becoming Conscious

This is where the suppressed feelings, physical sensations, or emotions are difficult to keep tied up in the black bag and start to surface. When they do you will start to recognize what it is you are feeling. Perhaps it will be sadness, hurt, anger; you may even want to push the feelings back down.

It is so important to embrace these feelings and not go into denial. It is better to acknowledge this as part of your positive change process. Remember no-one pushes your buttons; you push them yourself from the inside.

Focusing - Staying Awake

This is the level where the thoughts and feelings become stronger, this is the point where you must take responsibility for your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours, you have to own them, take responsibility for them and stop projecting. Then, when something happens, you will cease reacting. You will have the choice to stand back and say, "This is interesting, what am I feeling, moreover why am feeling this way."

Once you start to analyze your own internal programming and allow yourself to rise above the situation, you get inquisitive! It is very easy to fall asleep again and start running those old patterns. Your unconscious mind always takes the least resistance. So stay consciously awake to what you are thinking and feeling.

You grow and evolve emotionally by realizing you are not a victim or an addict, or any other archetype mentioned in my e-book. By allowing your unconscious mind to release and let go of the old patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving you can install more positive life enhancing programs that will serve you much better in the future. Imagine your brain is a computer and the hard drive is blocked with bad programs so simple requires formatting. My conscious self-hypnosis audios help you to do just that.

Intention

You are at the beginning of your path. you stand facing the future. At the other end of the path is the new you, the person you have the potential to be. That is where you are heading. Start your journey along the path with single-minded intent, let nothing and no-one stand in the way of you creating what you want for yourself in your life.

Whether it is a relationship problem, a confidence problem, finding that job or ridding yourself of stress. Once you clear your body-mind system from all the negative emotions, you will have a new page to write on. Look at every problem that comes up along the way, say to yourself, this is interesting, what is it trying to tell me? What can I learn from this situation or event?

Remember, if you pick up your problem put it on your shoulders and carry it around as the excuse for your inability to change something in your life you are unlikely to reach your full potential.
